Q:  How long does it take to ship a standard tool that is in stock?
A:  Standard tools that are in stock ship the same day until 3:00PM EST 
     using normal UPS with UPS air shipments receiving first priority. 
     Expedited orders, UPS Red or UPS Blue can be shipped until 4:00PM
     EST.  Cutting Tool Sales, LLC ships Monday through Friday.

Q:  What is Cutting Tool Sales, LLC's return policy?
A:  Please contact us within 10 days if there is a problem with your order 
     and a refund or replacement less shipping costs and PayPal fees may 
     be issued.  NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.  All returns are subject to
     inspection and require a return authorization number.  Any parts 
     damaged during shipping are the carrier's responsibility.  Please 
     report any damage immediately to the shipping carrier.

Q:  What is the minimum order amount?
A:  In certain instances, we may ask that you order in package
     quantities when specified, otherwise there is no minimum order
     requirement.

Q:  Is it likely that Cutting Tool Sales, LLC will have the item I 
     need in stock?

A:  Cutting Tool Sales makes every possible effort to maintain inventory 
     on all of their products listed.  In the rare instance that the product is not 
     in stock, Cutting Tool Sales, LLC will drop-ship the product directly from
     the manufacturer to ensure a timely delivery to our customer.

      technicians that can help you with any questions or concerns you may 
      have.  Simply call us at 440-946-2066 between the hours of 8AM
      and 5PM EST M-F and from 8AM until 12PM EST on Saturdays.
